Job Title: CAD Engineer Faculty – Mechanical Location: CADCENTER IEE, Kottayam, Kerala Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong technical skills may also apply) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and skilled CAD Engineer Faculty – Mechanical to join our training team at CADCENTER IEE, Kottayam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in CAD/CAM/CAE software used in the mechanical design and manufacturing sectors. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about teaching and mechanical engineering technologies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and online training sessions on mechanical CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo/Pro-E, CATIA, Ansys, etc. Prepare lesson plans, training content, and project-based assignments tailored to course objectives. Guide and support students throughout their learning process, ensuring concept clarity and software proficiency. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated on the latest developments in mechanical design tools and industry standards. Participate in academic and promotional activities including workshops, seminars, and webinars. Collaborate with the center team to ensure quality training delivery and continuous improvement. Requirements: Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Strong proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD Mechanical, SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, Ansys (FEA/CFD), etc. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Previous training or mentoring experience is a plus (freshers with excellent technical knowledge are encouraged to apply). Ability to explain technical concepts effectively to learners of varied levels. Preferred Skills: Exposure to GD&T, Manufacturing Process Planning, Product Design concepts. Certified in any CAD/CAE software is an added advantage. Knowledge of Industry 4.0, 3D printing, or CAM tools is desirable.
